Good insights Tom, reminds me a little of the early days at Home Depot when a young cashier who dropped out of college bcs she just was not feeling it, went into HD in mid 80s and became a moderately wealthy stockholder/employee in 5 or 10 yrs, HD is different now, once the growth curve has been covered then it is just a job.
